I’d suggest giving Cassie Cannon a call at American Legend and inquiring about there extra large rudder. I have one on my Amphib.

I am curious as to why you feel that you need a larger rudder. My reason for asking is that cruzair on this site felt he needed one for his 2+2 as well and had one fabricated. He is on amphibs and had some pretty unusual yaw stability. Long story short, the larger rudder didn’t help. He ended up adding a ventral fin and it completely solved the yaw issue. Just some food for thought if applicable.

I’m a touch surprised we don’t see more ventral or dorsal fins on short bodied aircraft. Cubcrafters had to add a dorsal fin to the XCub to certify part 23 as it didn’t meet the longitudinal stability without.
Particularly for those running a touch faster with a 2 axis autopilot, seems it could only help eliminate the little fish sashaying in moderate chop.

The rudder on it now looks to be J3 from Wag Aero. Seems small for a 2+2 with 2500 gross and large 66” Riblett wings. The SC rudder has at least 3” or more cord which should help in a lot of ways. I get your comment about the ventral fin and am studying up on that.
It's a 2+2, as in experimental. Why not build one? Or, I recall F Atlee Dodge sells oversize rudders, too.
There also was a time when everyone wanted to try square rudders for increased area. Maybe some of those are around.
FWIW, I built my 2+2 rudder according to Super Cub Specs. It didn't strike me as much different from the Wag drawings--slight difference in the curve, but overall similar dimensions.

Thanks for the replies. I’m not much of a builder and don’t have the tools/materials to make one. I am upgrading floats from 2250A to 2500A and am thinking about the effects of the change. May end up making a ventral fin.
