Thanks for the picture. That's an interesting concept and very portable if needed.

What is there to get away with? Is there size restrictions on the lake for boats? Register the boat. Put an oarlock or motor mount on it. party Barges have covers, yours has a cover. Even if you have to leave the sides open and have canvas flaps for winter, you keep snow/sun and wind off the bird.

Im in a provincial park, we already have enough issues with locals complaining to TC about the planes etc, last thing I need is for the government to say okay no planes in the park, we are already over max square footage for our buildings, as well as dock space, I think that we are going to build a ramp system so the plane can be stored tucked into the bush out of the wind at least. We will see, maybe we will alter our dock and out buildings that would allow us to build a small covered area for the plane. Not rushing into anything major right at this moment. Just building a garage and we had to fight with parks for 3 months to get the permits for it, can't imagine doing it again for a building over the water.
