I am in need of an assist strap that attaches to door hinge post. No joy Cessna, Wentworth, Texas Air Salvage. Plastic coated flat steel. 12” long 3/4” wide. . Thanks

I removed mine in my C-180. I installed the seaplane brace from Atlee. Gives you all you need to haul yourself in and out and braces the fuselage.

They're around. I bought a few (of the old style) as I want to add two straps for the back seat. Haven't done it yet, though. Along with a bunch of other projects.
