Rudder Fabric replace and paint in SLC area

Don’t have time to fix my rudder fabric from a broken tail spring. Anyone in SLC area who would be willing do do the work I can take the rudder to you. From my inspection I believe the rudder is still structurally sound the wheel just jumped up and punctured it when the spring broke.
