Is the nose bowl for a 4” wide body the same as a standard cub?

There's no reason it shouldn't be. Nose bowl width is usually determined by engine width. My old -12 used a standard Cub nose bowl.

Really? How would the nose bowl for a widebody be different?

I have yet to see a widebody, 3 place, or even the 4 place fuselages built with anything except the normal PA-18 nose bowl.

This.....

I have seen stock width, wider, and much different nose bowls on wide body cubs. Since a wide body is not a stock configuration it's not common for the nose to be completely stock in width or form. Blanket statements need not apply.

And yes, I did see the edit, but it applies either way ;-)
