Designed by a mechanic for a mechanic who hates laying upside down under panel on top of seat base...!!! Usually I hinge left side.

Also, sometimes done to repair a fu$&up in panel layout. But I won’t admit that.....

I have a chipped tooth since repaired that proves gravity can greatly affect a falling wrench under the Cub panel.
