Tail rib forming

I have been lurking here for a long time, and finally getting around to starting a super cub project.
I am starting with the tail ribs
Ran into an issue with bending the short 15 deg inward bends on the formed ribs legs.
My brake just didn't have enough clamping force or materiel under the jaws to hold the rib in place.
I was thinking about doing these bends first on my next try
Any hints or tricks would be appreciated.

I made a hardwood wedge with the 15 degree angles cut in lengthwise. Then slip it in the already bent rib and tap away with a mallet. I used a dense rubber mallet and it worked fine.

Bend them first.
