Javron PA18 Widebody wing and fuse frames for building

Hi I am building a Javron Cub Wide body with Square tip wings. Getting to the stage of building frames to be able to rotate and cover both wings and fuse. Does anyone have pictures ideas and measurements of the dimensions of frames. As I don’t have my kit just yet but hopefully shipping soon.

my fuselage rotator collapses down to about 24” x 30” for storage. The square tube that joins the two end sections is in 3 pieces that fit into each other and can be pinned within a three foot range......just in case I build something after the cub. Those three sections store vertically in the boxed addition you can see in the next photo. Disk brake with a “C” clamp allows for rotation to any position.

Wing rotator uses this same fuselage rotator with an addition of an attachment to the connecting tube that has wheels for a 3/4” 4130 hoop. The hoop has brackets that attach to the wing strut attach points. Wing root attaches where the fuselage firewall attaches.

you want the front connection a little higher on fuselage to be "balanced" so it doesn't want to rotate by its self...

I just use fence post welded up, with removable legs, and a inner tie rod endIMG_0209.JPG
