Looking for a blank set of 1.5 axles for home made gear. Anyone have a source. Just making your own?

The Wag Aero axle has a 1 1/2 x 12 thread which is way too coarse for fine bearing adjustment. You need 16 threads per inch. I have to make my own axle nuts since some genius at Taylorcraft made my axles with 1 1/2 x 18 threads.

Just checked mine. You are right--never noticed that.
