Mike, that did not change with this server move, but it might be something that tapatalk is doing. There have been ads in there in the past, but usually only to non-members. I assume you were logged in.

it hadn't asked me to log in.. again... so i assume i am... where would i check to see that in the app?

Upper right corner menu will show of you are logged in. Tapatalk has dropped support for the branded apps and this may be there way of saying time to move on.

The ads that get served to you are related to content that you have clicking on......

For me (knock on wood) only happened that one time right after you changed servers or whatever. Maybe related?
