PA-18-150 Front/Rear Spar Drawings 14291/14392

I'm starting to build up the courage for a scratch "start" build. My plan is to get as much done as possible before I lose my mind then buy the remaining pieces from Javron or other. I started modeling parts up in Solidworks but am at a snag on the spar for a 16 rib wing. The 14394 wing drawings call out the front spar as 14391 and the rear as 14392. Unfortunately, these drawings don't exist on the Northland CD or on supercubproject.com. The only spar drawing is 14383 which I believe is for a J-3. Does anyone have the drawings or sketches for 14391/14392?

Guessing this drawing is a unicorn, yet since so many places manufacture and sell these spars pre-drilled, they must be using dimensions jotted down somewhere. I've created a 14391 model in Solidworks based on the comments from another thread indicating all the "major holes" are in the same place as the J-3 (14383) spar. I used the 14394 drawing to locate the rib holes. Once I have things finalized I'll post the model and a drawing that others can use.

A few questions:

1) Is the idea of using the J-3 spar (14383 drawing) to locate the spar end, strut, drag brace, and jury strut holes for a PA-18-150 16-rib spar correct?


2) Are these fuel tank hole correct for stock a PA-18-150?

3) What are these holes for?

3) The -A models had an outboard attachment for the spray booms....stuck below the wing on mine and looked like the jury strut fitting. Now some attach STC'd tie down bracket from Atlee Dodge there. http://www.fadodge.com/aircraft-tiedowns/
