Does anyone have a drawing in the flat of part 40212. This is the mast for the torque tube. I was needing one to cut the mast from sheet metal.

I take it the drawing is not on the Northland CD or Christian's website?

I see it is on the Northland zip drive. Kind of a must have in my opinion if you are building this stuff. http://store.straight-level.com/north-land-pa-18-super-cub-drawings/

it actually would be nice to find a flat print of that. anyone want to take one and hammer it flat and trace around it? only problem it would make it to easy. except for the bending.

Yes it's on the north land cd., just not in the flat. When building it from scratch , you would do a layout on flat plate, cut it out and bend. I was just seeing if anyone had a flat plate drawing of the part. Many other parts on north land cd has the flat drawing, but not this one.

I have the cd version of Northland drawings. Maybe more drawings were added over the years?

The early version had fewer drawings but when Earl came up with an updated version with more drawings he sent it out to everyone with the older version. That was many years ago.
