    Update: This Year's Gift Flashlight Uses a 2 CR2 or one Double A (AA) Battery!

    The cute little flashlight that went out with $150 and above calendar is made for two CR2 batteries. If you use these, it is SUPER BRIGHT

    However, in a pinch, one AA battery will also work.

    That is the tech support question of the week!

    It is 123 diameter so I am curious to what the manufacturer thinks should be in there. 2×CR2 might fit but at $12 apiece I'm not that curious.

    Any good redneck Cub pilot would just put a piece of duct tape on the battery

    Jake and others are correct, I was wrong! I thought I was going to make it all the way through 2019 without being wrong but was caught by this at the last minute...

    The flashlight works GREAT and was likely designed to work with two CR2 batteries (amazon has them cheap), but is functional with 1 AA.
