Is this what you want? https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catal...udderarms2.php Cheap enough new and you don't have to match the holes.

This is the certified one. https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catal...rudderarms.php
This is what it says for the inexpensive one.
    HOMEBUILDERS MODEL
Rudder Arm, 3/4" Shank, FAA/PMA'd. Originally designed for J-3 through PA-18 series, but adapts nicely to most homebuilts. Approved for J3C-40, J3C-50, J3C-50S, J3C-65, J3C-65S. Approved replacement for Piper P/N 750 330.

I would not hesitate to use it on a certified Cub.

Rudder horn & lower stabilizer tail brace wires

Also if anyone needs a rudder horn trimmed to fit in a rudder I made a jig for my lathe to make custom sizes. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=S4V2sj_L-kQ

I just installed a Dakota Cub rudder horn. Fit perfectly unlike some of those that are a loose fit or to tight and it is machined out of billet instead of cast. Nice part. Also remember these parts were custom drilled so no two were alike.
