MS28775-222 is this the proper part number for the O-rings that go on the pistons on double puck Clevelands.

I can't find any part numbers. The 337 and logbook entry both just show, Installed Cleveland wheels and brakes conversion kit per STC SA11RM. The placard on the brakes are gone.

Then I would say yes assuming those are the actual brakes installed.

Take a picture of which double puck version you have, is it the thin or thick rotor?

I replaced the o-ring in the p/n 030-052 double-puck caliper on my C180,
(Cleveland 199-62 kit), and that's the p/n o-ring I used.
