Trim wheel for pa-18?

Does anyone know if someone makes a trim wheel that replaces the trim crank in a pa-18? If there is such a trim wheel mod, could it be installed without an STC or field approval?

Dakota cub has them, $129, PMA'd or with STC I can't remember so no field approval necessary

Yes, I’d like a trim wheel, similar to a cessna trim wheel, that replaces the crank.
