J4 Help. Identify the Part

Can anyone identify the item in the picture. I am trying to rebuild a basket case J4 and have started covering. The control cables have just gone in. I am sure it holds a cable guide but I have no idea on its position or which control cable it guides. I think it clamps to a fuselage frame tube and holds a guide. I did take a lot of pictures before starting but I cannot see this item in any of the pics. Even my folder of Jim Dyers airframe does not show it. I was hoping a J4 owner could have a quick look down the inside of their fuselage and spot it.

I looked this evening before flying down the lake. Only obvious thing I see is under my seat attached to a bottom fuse tube. Same looking bracket is supporting my fuel line coming from my rear Aux tank

You may have already figured this out but that’s the bracket that attaches to the engine mount and holds the throttle cable.
