Anyone have recommendations for an ap/ai for a prebuy/annual in the fbk area at a private hanger?

Not me, but a neighbor is going to sell one here in sunny SoCal. It is kind of a beater, but I think he thinks it is a $50K airplane. My impression is that an average 170 is 25-30. Love to be disabused of that notion

What is a prebuy/annual? Are you going to annual if you buy? Are you going to pretend you are doing an annual, up to the point where you decide you aren’t going to buy?

Not sure if Pat Hogan is still doing work, he’s in North Pole I think. Very thorough Cessna guy and a good dude to boot. I don’t have a number for him but I bet Google does.
