Does anyone have a copy of the Univair STC for Cleveland wheels and brakes? I don’t want a copy yet, just want to know which hubs and brakes are specified for a PA-18A-150 before I buy the STC and parts. I have a box full of parts so don’t want to double up.

Aren't they on the type certificate?

Yeah sorry Bob, I meant disc brakes, our 1957 cub still has drum brakes.

Like Bob said; read the TCDS, Item 201 (c). It calls out Cleveland brakes model 20-119. These are disc brakes. Google search on that number shows the drawing with part numbers. Not sure what your rules are down there but here you can install items listed in the TCDS with just a log entry.
