    Javron PA-11 kit?

On the Javron website they list a PA-11 kit as "coming soon". Does anyone have info on this? I hope they consider doing a PA-18 style spar attachment. Flew a PA-11 for the first time yesterday and that is a fun little airplane. Only drawback is that spar at the forehead, which makes it... cozy.

    Dan,
Sure he would build it that way for you. Basically a 95/18 and if you simply add 2nd wing tank and 18 balanced tailfeathers. You have 99%
of all there is in a playtoy........
Pa11 one of the finest skiplanes ever.
    Awesome performance light.
    Good luck

Dan that PA-11 is about 400 lbs lighter than your dads Supercub. That is why it is such a delight to fly.Weight is the key and a good 90 makes it just about perfect.

Sounds good! Yeah, the -11 is a lot of fun. Great airplane. Would be close to perfect with a little more headroom. The super cub is ideal, but I won’t have super cub money for many years.

Karen is spot on about the weight! It always comes back to that.......
My PA12 weighes 1065lbs it is a compleately different airplane than a
1300lb one with tons of mods.......
Anyone that has ever flown a PA18/95
that weighes less than 900lbs, that is used to a 1150/1200lb Cub with big Lycoming is always surprised at the perfect balance and control harmony
Of a 900lb Cub. Just have Jay build it
to accept 18 wing fittings and build your wings with 18 spars, and you got it! I would want 2 / 18 gal tanks installed with "headerless" system using CubCrafters STC. Use an Atlee Dodge folding front seat, rear baggage and you have a "Cub Special Deluxe"
