It was either Mystery Shopping Providers Association Services or Minnesota Seaplane Pilots Association.

I'll go with the second: http://www.mnseaplanes.com/

    Beautiful photos!

Yep, Minnesota Seaplane Pilot's Association. This is the annual summer kick-off at Madden's resort on Gull Lake near Brainerd, MN. Airports are 9Y2 and KBRD. The seaplane base is: M16

We usually have more show up, but the weather was lousy this year.

    This is 2018

Turbine engine. A C-20 maybe? Never seen exhausts like that. Looks like a European idea.

The FAA has that 206 registered with an Rolls-Allison, licensed in the Research and Development category. Someone is working on an STC.

You Minnesota flyers sure have a collection of fancy water toys.

A friend had one of these Expeditions. Boy is it blind, the pilot's field of view is very limited. I found it to be just as bad as my old Taylorcraft.

Yes, it's a turbine. Believe it's a Rolly Royce. Hell of a performing plane! Belongs to the local Well driller. If you are truly interested I can ask about it get more info, or better yet, contact Park Rapids Aviation and ask for Jeff (owner) he might be able tell you more about it.
