Somewhere I have a picture of our school bus my senior year in HS, with drifts higher than the bus. Not ND, but close. That bus driver was amazing, punching through drifts, with twenty kids screaming “Go Monty!”

2 weeks ago it was dumping snow and 8 F. Now it just hit 70 F. Pale girls in bikinis are hanging out by the river.

2-3 feet of the white stuff expected the next couple of days, temps in the 20s. lots and i mean lotsa crop out there statewide that will be out there in the spring. this global warming sucks. the last couple of years have been as cold as its ever been.

Yeah, happy to see this storm head your way.....six inches of nasty wet stuff overnight (second snow of the season) and 15 degrees now (8:00 AM). Forecast for tonight is 8 degrees F. Might be time to bring in the flower pots.....

My grapes finally took the hit last night. Low of 19 F and now a balmy 30 F in tropical southeastern Washington.

Just got our first frosty morning of the season here in NW Washington.
29 or so at my house this morning at dawn.

A balmy 8 degrees Farenheit this morning outside of Marion, MT. I never saw the ice leave the mud puddles all day.

two days ago it was 90 degrees, yesterday a high of 60 and this morning we broke a record for the earliest first freeze. Mid 80 next week.

It only got down to 35 here. Weird that 450 miles further south it is colder.

It was 78 when I got to the hangar last night after dinner. It was 50 and blowing a light rain when I left this morning! Still in my shorts and t shirt, I was moving quick to get packed up and gone!

The hangar isn’t insulated, but stepping out into that wind and water was significantly cooler.

0 at my place but the wind chill is -22 with the 20+mph winds according to the windchill chart.

wonderin how it is around the rest of the country, im showing -15f this morning?

That stuff it heading our way. We are supposed to hold steady right at 32f today, then start dropping. High of around 14f tomorrow, and just above zero on Wednesday. Fun fun fun!!

Going to -31C (-24F) tonight with wind chill of -45C (-49F). If it gets to be too much for us we'll send some south to y'all.

-2 F yesterday morning but 33 this morning and raining. I don’t care for this , rather have snow. We had 2’ standing and need some real good cold, the ground and lakes aren’t frozen up yet. The Ice Fishing bug has started already.78941B34-3DF7-4791-91DE-1FD12288BD28.jpg78941B34-3DF7-4791-91DE-1FD12288BD28.jpg

The lack of ice thickness and overflow from snow weight are becoming a common event especially on our rivers (https://www.weather.gov/aprfc/IceThickness). Interior Alaska hasn't seen the normal 36-40" ice thickness in April for years.

It's in the mid +20's in Fairbanks. We're liken' it. Santa may need Bushwheels this season.

Got all the way down to 30 here in the NW corner of MT today! It's been in the 40's.... not the usual winter! I'm gonna have to start feeding cows this week, but only because they're finally running out of grass. I just hope we don't pay for it next spring/summer!
