Source for Extended Baggage Compartment Cargo Net?

Mudwagon FSO_3.JPG
Seat track mounted to spar carrythrough. Plenty of factory installed plate nuts to secure.
Put the rings wherever you need them.

Slick!
A friend of mine works at one of the shops on my airport.
He's in the middle of replacing the seat tracks on a C185.
Just today I asked him for the old tracks if the owner doesn't want them.
He asked me "what for?" I told him you never know, even a set of out-of-spec seat tracks might come in handy.

I had thought about mounting them on the floor in back for cargo ring use, but never to the overhead.
Way to think out of the box! :up

That's not a Cessna seat rail. It's a piece of passenger seat track from a DC-3.
But it's a standard part. You can get it anywhere cheap. Sorry I don't have a better pic.

Stewartb- what did you use for the interior lining in the extended baggage area? I like the way it looks. About to install my airglas kit...

Look at some of the auto racing sites like summit racing for example.
Check out the window nets for race cars. Cheap, and the correct size.

For fastening I used Aircraft eye bolts and small clevises or ss quick links
