Seaflight Industries Flight Manual Supplement for Edo 4930's

Anybody know where I can get a copy of Seaflight Industries Inc. Flight Manual Supplement AFMS 7923-3? It is for their STC for thicker bottom and side skins on Edo 4930's for use on the DHC-2. Seems that Seaflight is no longer in business. Called Kenmore, but no luck. Appreciate any ideas.

Bigger question is why is a fms needed for just a skin thickness change? I’d be curious to know the content...
