You have a low spot in the fuel line running to the rear fitting in the fuel valve. This will collect water much like a sump. This line needs to feed the T from the top, not the bottom. The tubing bends look excellent so with that kind of skills it should be a easy job to make it right. Very nice plane!!

That looks simply brilliant! I ''think'' I can see a 5th point crotch strap in one of those photos. Do you have any pictures of where you mounted these too at all? I put the Crow harness's in my Rv7, and they custom sewed a small shoulder pad into the waist straps - a real nice touch.
Great looking plane!! You may find the shoulder harness is too vertical. They look like they should work fine but, I had about the same angle in my pacer. It will pinch and rub on you neck even with the pads. Pilot is simple fix just don't thread it over the cross tube (yes, it will alway be in the way when you load a passenger, just suck it up). Rear seat I suspect is attached further back. Just make a new opening in the liner for better angle.

Trakdog. I will have to take a few pics and post. As for mounting location. Rear seat. We cut an opening in the seat pan and wrapped the webbing around the cross bar at the leading edge of the seat bottom wood. Front seat. Wrapped around the seat frame. Below the sliding frame. Believe the frame was square where we secured the webbing. I’m still testing. May or may not keep using it.
Stewart. I only have 4 flts. Highest CHT was #4 at 320. OAT was 91 degrees. Oil temp was 220 at 2550 RPMs. Hope the oil temp settles a bit after a few hrs of break in to my new 370. With the Catto 84x45 she is doing well. Lots more phase I ahead.
Well N242N is home. I owe a ton of folks for all their quality input to this build. 80% of what went into this build was a direct result of the lessons learned and passed through SC.org. With the Titan 370 and Catto 84x45 I now have my perfect cub. Sales listing soon to come. Will price out after the New Year's. Want to build another one.... I got to fly this the other day. Thanks, Shep. Blew me away. I have a 200hp Husky. Earlier the same day we did a formation takeoff and departure from KELP with full fuel and two passengers each. Shep in the new Javron was lead and out- climbed me with same forward speed and I had heck trying to stay with him during departure. I had to keep cutting intercept angles on him in the turns to not look bad. When Shep threw me the keys I was honored. I am familiar with G3X Touch so that wasn't any big deal. Although I doubt I ever looked at it for the fun flight I did around the Salt Flats. I started this post about being blown away, because I was. This bird has all the good stuff and the new XO370 is a powerful, smooth awesome sounding engine. The landing gear sticks like crazy without bounce and made me look good It was like tossing a fuzzy tennis ball onto a velcro floor. I am sensitive to CHTs with Super Cub cowling and baffling but they were all in the mid to low 300's. Even in slow steep climbs. On my second solo flight Shep insisted that I take off full flaps from three point attitude and I popped off the ground and climbed at an alarming deck angle with IAS bouncing off zero (pitot angle was very high). Push over and cruise was easy and the airframe is rigged well for hands off trim. The double-Puck Grove brakes are almost unnervingly powerful. What a barrel of fun with all the comfort and safety options. They didn't skimp on anything here. A couple of velcro seals on the door hinge area might help a draft but the heater will run you out of the thing. Thank you Shep for the opportunity.
