My tractor with a 12" post hole digger auger, and a cheap lawn chair with a hole cut out in the seat, were invaluable the first few months I moved onto 40 acres of raw ground! A new hole every couple weeks, move the chair, done. I knew I was making progress when I was able to throw the chair away. On earlier also raw ground property, for various reasons, making a deposit directly into the septic tank itself was the preferred method for a couple months. Anything beats paying rent.

JB, Glad to see he finally gave it to you. It was killing me knowing while we sat eating at the cafe'.
Thank you Stephen and Flora! I know what Fairbanks looks like now. Hopefully I can bring my Cub up next year

That is a lot different than the Fairbanks I have seen in January thru April.
It’s been much nicer here than in Coeur d’Alene this past week. Sunny and bumping 80* here. Rainy and cool in CDA, maybe it will be summertime when I get home.

Spent my afternoon with a friend who repairs, rebuilds, or maintains Mustangs. I spent the time with a lot of warbird owners. what a treat. Took my first solo ride in a J-3. Great folks. His hanger has at least 2 or 3 mustangs in it at a time. This man has an incredible knowledge of these warbirds.
Thank you Glenn.
Glenn Wegman. Knows more about the Mustang than the rest of us could imagine.
May be even challenges Pierce’s rag wing expertise.
