One of a couple of good fall ski days during this last clear spell.

Nothing like where Jerry is exploring but Chewy and I had some fun after we left the Sunday morning meeting of the minds. Was 21 degrees and no wind when we started. Warmed up to mid 40s and light wind. Nice flying weather.

I may have posted a picture of this sign before, it's been there for a few years. I'm absolutely positive they start out new help sweeping the floor or cleaning the bathrooms, not welding airframes or rigging wings, but still, it could have been phrased better! I remember when taking the tour, it was pointed out that many of the help had DECADES of experience.

Annual first ice flight to Red Lake. 4-6" ice reported so the madness begins. Happy to observe from above.

Just try to imagine what was happening geologically during some point in time to form that terrain and what happened to the sea levels. Did the seal level go down or did the terrain rise by however many thousand feet above current sea level? I find it fascinating to look at the geological formations in different areas of the globe. Wondering what happened and when? There has been so much change happen over the millions of years. And humans think they have the power to change it.

Pulled my airplane out the other day to put two customer's airplanes in behind it. After work I was about to pull it back in as I looked at the windsock and decided I just needed to go fly. My middle daughter is keeping the grand babies in the building in front of my hangar while my oldest daughter and her husbands work with me. As my 15 month old grand daughter came out of the hangar and saw me pulling my Super Cub onto my ramp she threw her arms in the air and exclaimed "Yahoo Fly". So we loaded her up and we made a quick trip to the river where she enjoyed throwing rocks in the water. I'm having way too much fun. Can't wait till my 5 month old grand son can go.

Right there is what it is all about!! Well done!!!!

Post Covid produce world is still not 'right' but the market's hot for what it is and the recent moisture has had us busy with mildew work.

I've been running both sides of the hill for a bit, and at the end of the week I got tired of coming home in the dark and trying to beat the fog, so I got out in the daylight... Still not great, and oddly enough, better on the way home :???: to start the work on our side of the rocks (by sunset)

Sunday flying. Last couple of Sundays weather has been crap. Today was low 20s, high pressure and low wind. Plane was on rails.

The lights of Fortuna Hills and Yuma approaching Telegraph pass? It's been a while since I saw that view at night.

Some river running and playing with the group buy pole and 360 camera. The days are short and cold, ready for the Solstice.

I'm not sure what's going on here, but I didn't know the GPS steering systems farmers use nowadays, also did circles?

They’ll do everything including waking you up from a nap I think. What they won’t do is run to the beer store for you when your coolers empty;-)

courierguy, it's the Idaho chapter of the Stonehenge Druids: Don't forget, winter Solstice is almost upon us. Important rituals take place.

Thanks. cubscout

Just out for a little new years eve landing practice in the fresh snow
