We have a 58 PA-18A with looks to be factory dubblers on front of spar by strut attach point. Will try to post pics soon

18A spars had extra holes in them for the boom hangars is all.

Outboard of of the strut? Could it be from a remote compass box/tracking antenna mount?

Dakota cub puts some doublers on their -18 spars....

the only doubler piper did that I can think of is on the pacer spars???? not sure others
