1947 Piper PA-12 Project SD AIR SERVICE

Hello Everyone,
In short, we have inherited his PA-12, this is the same PA-12 that was mentioned in my last forum post... Still in pieces and still in need of repair, What do you recommend we do ? The aircraft already has 160hp, flaps, VG's, and a full PA-18 control system. Also we are considering the Sensenich W80 Wooden Prop, Any Opinions ? 3in ext. or 6in ? Who has the best squared tip STC ? Leading edge Mods ?

the day and night(now named aircraft innovations?) long flap is usual one on 12, the drawings need some interpretation and fact checking before you drill holes and such, and have dakota build you flaps for it make sure twist is in them the proper way, not how the blueprint calls out...
