I watched a Pilatus PC12 air ambulance come into Machias Valley, Maine last summer. 2800ft I think. What a beast, and a good stick. Used 1/2 runway to get stopped, about that to get out. Really impressive performer, and looked like some rough field capability with that landing gear.

Push the tires on the spot with full flaps then drop the tail when landing in the lower 50's
