Where's our progress update????
Ya I know
Things have slowed a bit since moving to the Hangar
I had to cover and paint the flaps and ailerons so they are done and ready to install.
A couple more things to paint Wing root fairings and a blue stripe on the tank covers.
Finished the fuel lines from tanks to fuselage last weekend so it's ready for some fuel and that first engine start.
So I have all the little details to finish up
Hopefully we will be flying this thing in the landing environment this spring
Where in Michigan are you located? Do you still need a DER or DAR? Love the colors and scheme!

Curious why you reinforced the antenna mount? Functionally, there are no great places to mount antennas on a Supercub type aircraft, as there are no metal panels with enough surface area to make a good ground plane. But, mechanically, the fairings hold antennas just fine due to antennas very low wind load.
Nothing wrong with your mount plate but you're going to need to pull the antenna off every time you remove the fairing (common item during maintenance).

I use the pushlocks a lot in offroad world, they're great! We run them at 60 psi without issues
More fun with fuel lines and all the details
I found these AN push lok fittings and think they will work without some hose clamp holding tight.
Interesting - Could you post the part number and source for those push lok fittings?
Looks like not AN fittings, but fittings that mate to AN flare?
