    Nothing wrong with your mount plate but you're going to need to pull the antenna off every time you remove the fairing (common item during maintenance).

    I guess after mounting what seems like thousands of antenna on all types of aircraft and always using some type of backing plate and with this fairing being only .020 it really needed something. May be some more overkill but another 4 screws and it's off.

    I use the pushlocks a lot in offroad world, they're great! We run them at 60 psi without issues

    The AN is (Army Navy) and suggests that AN fittings are built to a Specification. These fittings are made for AN sizes and 37 deg. flair

    Just looking for a Sanity check
    Doing my W&B There is no way I can load this thing up to 2300# without going out of CG aft real Quick
    I'm using 60" forward of LE for Datum 62.5" * 1061 for main weight and 260" * 66 for tail weight and get a CG of 74
    CG Range 71 to 81

    I think if you play with it a little you’ll find you’re better off than you think. I just re-did my W&B and my numbers are close to yours. I found you will obviously have to limit your baggage to how far back you go (I have extended baggage), but I had little trouble getting to gross. Stayed right at the aft limit admittedly.

    The smart guys can do the math for you. In general a belly pod will cure a lot of CG issues.

    CHTs seem a little bit high but coming down a bit Oil temps are for sure under control

    Not sure if you are monitoring this thread anymore (doubtful). Beautiful build! - Just curious about the 12 degrees or so pitch down attitude yet apparently in a slight climb - some calibration issues or?

    Must have been calibration. I think initial calibration was with tail down. All is good now and love flying this bird
