I had these seats created by Distinctive Aircraft Upholstery at KCNI. Kyle worked really hard with me to get the padding just right. I am really pleased with how they came out.

Very pretty, but that's probably gonna be a poor wear area where the name is. Too many needles holes/threads makes it just like preferated paper seam on naygihide/vinyl. But you said leather?
Or so I was taught when I was 17 doing my first car interior by the upholstery guy. I Remember that was one of the few things he said to be sure to avoid.
Yes, you release the apron snaps on the front and lift up.
