On the AOPA website they had a great article about a truly awesome barn find of old warplanes. In the article the owner makes a statement about how his favorite plane is a Super Cub... Super Cubs rule!!

But, you don't have to use all the power. A Super Cub flies just fine at 1800 RPM.
However, occasionally, that Cub is flown with amphib floats and the power does come in handy.

Yes I did buy a Supercub. The paperwork has been difficult and it is not complete yet. I haven't been in such a good mood about it because it has been difficult to get everything correct. When it is all straightened out then I'll post some stuff about the plane.
