I am getting ready to weigh my PA-18 project and need to know if I drain the fuel with the tailwheel on the ground or once I have it leveled out. Looking to leave only the unusable fuel in the tanks. Thanks

Unusable would be in level flight.

I drain it in the tree point an again when level. I always get a little more out.
