Sealed Struts w/ 7/16 forks?

Is there a Piper, Univair, etc p/n for PA-18 sealed struts with 7/16 forks? Are they legal?

There is no Univair PA-18 sealed strut that uses the 7/16-inch fork.

I think some are legal, but you have to do the 500 hour magnaflux. Not sure of this - check Atlee and Wag.

I think AD 99-01-05 R1 (the new one) addresses the forks independently from the struts.

I have only seen sealed struts with 7/16ths forks
from Wag Aero for the J-3.

Thanks for the replies. From what is being said, no PA-18 sealed struts were manufactured with 7/16" strut forks. Correct?
