    Bungee replacement, how I did

Always been scared replacing bungee cord. Was tinking like a car coil spring killing machine.

Today I deceided I would give a try. Saw some replacement tools, and then I saw this:

So I made a adjustable wing jack from parts laying in the garage, to lift the plane:
    Will be handy later on.

And I secure the plane with another jack under the V cabane, wing tye down, and some ratchet straps, just in case..:

Cut the old bungee. I used my car lift for lifting. Could have use the chainblock, or a engine hoist. Car lift was easier for me.
Strapped some good rope around the bungee and it went on good. I did use some tire rimming bars to have it around the shock ''eye''.

Then cut the rope and try to get it out.

It took me longer to make the wing jack, and floor hanchor than to change the bungees...
Will still be looking at another suspension setup, but bungees are not so bad.

Just want to share my experience replacing old bungees.
    Hope it helps a little
