Problems with Checking Out In the On Line Store - Help

Several folks have mentioned they have had trouble getting the "checkout" screen to come up in the on-line store. I need some more details on this if you have them. What browser are you using, do you have a popup blocker turned on (should not matter), etc.

Also, what exactly are you trying to click that does not take you where you need to go!

    Thanks!

I made it to the Check out page, entered all cc and shipping info. pressed the checkout button and nothing happened,

    Dell, internet Explorer 8

I may have renewed several times as I pushed the button sereral times... (there needs to be an app to let one use MORE FORCE when pushing these internet buttons)

    Kem

CORRECTION, it is the button that I try to press, and nothing happens.

It would be bad form to simply blame internet exploder for this problem, but it does account for about 95 percent of the browser related issues with supercub.org and other websites I manage. Older safari versions have some issues but there are not many of those popping up lately.

I use Chrome and Firefox a lot. Both are great browsers and Firefox has done some big upgrades that may give it a little bit of an edge, but the seamless of all things google into chrome make it my choice on most machines and tablets.

It only takes a minute to upgrade!

P.s. I am not shirking off the problem and will dig into it further using IE.

    UPDATE...!

I was able to renew using my $249 Chrome Book.

    fyi
I did notice one possible problem area with the IE , when asked if shipping address is same as billing address, I pressed the yes, but it did not populate the fields,
where using the chrome it did populate.

All set for another year..!! Kem

Internet explorer seems to be leading the race for the worst browser awards.

    Glad it worked!
