    problem re-posting a classified ad

    hi everyone,
I posted an ad in August for my dad. I actually accidentally posted it twice. He wants to re-run it again, but I notice when I look at classified ads, both of mine are still there however one says SOLD!

Is there a way to delete the "SOLD" ad and renew the other?
Frankly, I have a tough time navigating this particular website. What's the trick?

I sent an e-mail to the CONTACT US address, but no answer. I know everyone's super busy but anybody have an idea what i can do?

    Thanks, Heidi

Heidi, First, I just searched all my email and I don't find any contact message from you, I received others recently, so I am not sure what happened. I apologize for the delay. You can always also email me at steve @ supercub.org. There is a drop down menu on the right hand side of the add called "product options" this is where all the relist- edit - delete options are.

Second, the classified system is a bit quirky, for one thing, it hates Internet Explorer and prefers other browsers like Safari, Chrome, etc. The problem that John is having is related to IE. Chrome is free, a great browser, and is way faster and better than IE - it also has way fewer exploits. You can get it here: https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/

    Hope that helps!

    problem re-posting a classified ad

I entered a wanted ad through Safari and the only category choice was "airplanes wanted". I was hoping for an "other" category but the drop down only had that one choice.

Is it an older version of Safari? Were you doing it on a computer or on a phone/tablet. Some older versions of Safari have trouble with these php driven sites.

As far as I know it is the latest version of Safari. Using an iPhone.

You can move the ad to the proper category if you like.
