PA-12 Engine Baffling Question

I need to re-baffle my -12. It has an O-320-A2B.

Can I use the baffle kit for an -18 with the same motor, or is the cowl on the -12 too different (I don't know whether the baffle kit is based on the motor, the cowling, or both)?

Cringing at the $1,000 price tag for a new set :sad:, is it worth searching around for a used set of baffles, or is this one of those things where I'm better off to buy new?

It's absolutely well worth the money to buy PMA'd baffle kits from those guys. I am more than capable of building baffles but for the price of a new PMA'd set it was a no brainer. Perfect fit with great craftsmanship.
