Here is a caparison picture of Sullivan tips to stock.... I did this conversion on a Pacer....
Tip covered and painted, fiberglass removeable.... I prefer to be able to remove the tips for maintenance reasons...
Demer Tip on our Pacer....
Sullivan tip....
Note the difference in distance from the end of the aileron to the end of the tip in both examples.
The biggest complaint I have heard from people using the tips that leave a lot of surface area past the aileron is that they lose some aileron control at slow speeds. This is due to the fact that they are now pushing that extra surface out past the aileron. The best thing to do when using these tips on an experimental is to either extend the aileron out to the tip or move the aileron and extend the flaps.... So far, there is not an approved mod to do this on certified airplanes.

From my understanding a lot of the tips you have listed are the same tip but renamed as they were sold to other companies....
For example....
Demers and Madras tips are the same.
Plane Booster and Ferguson are the same and is now Cub Crafters. CC has changed the tip profile to make it their own.
Sullivan and Hindricks are the same.
All the rest are stand alone tips..... Stewarts is the only tip listed that is not a fiberglass tip but simply a different bow shape to the tip and fabric covered.
