Retrofit "click stop" mixture control

What's entailed with retrofitting the "click stop" mixture control cable, like ACA uses to a Supercub, e.g., the PMA ones from Spruce? Are there other sources, such as McFarlane? What is the correct length and carb termination or fitting?

I've seen these on a few S'cubs, but what is the paperwork? I'd think with approved parts, this would be a "minor" for an I.A. vs. a Field Approval.

The shortest length that A/C Spruce sells will have to be cut off anyway. I install them with a logbook entry.

Not a problem. I prefer a click stop to a simple slide. Length and termination should be at the (properly qualified) installers discretion. Logbook entry as far as I know.

I have one in mine, works great!!
