    Flap Ratchet Attachment

I have looked all over and can't fine a picture of how the flap ratchet attaches to the seat base. I need to know if there are any spacers, washers, etc and what order the parts go together. Thanks

usually no spacers, leave bolt a little loose so ratchet floats free....

    Flap Ratchet

Does the bolt go from outside through ratchet and then through seat lug?
