fuselage for a pa-12

Anyone have paperwork to use rolled tubing in lieu of the wood stringers on the fuselage of a pa-12? Also a left side lift handle?

Using tubing instead of stringers is part of the 1935lb gross wt increase for the -12, I think its X - Wind Stol's STC ( Charlie Center ) Most use 3/8 .o35, some use the Aluminum stringers like an -18 and do its a a logbook entry. Left side lifting handle most just do as a logbook entry.
