tail wheel chain and springs.

Need help, pacer 160 hp do the chains on the tail wheel need to be tight or do they need to have a little slack in them. it is a maule tail wheel and it has a shimmy to it on take off. took it a part cleaned and greased it didn't see any thing wore out in it.
 
Shimmy is caused by wrong castor angle. Also go to Bushwheels web site and they have a nice video on how to rig the tailwheel.
 
Thanks Mr. Pierce (both of them), now I know what to look for if things start to shake rattle and roll.
And the new cylinders should be in tomorrow :D
