She is over there ,teaching the pilots in Kenya, how to fly,and has done this for several years.Poaching is a big problem, and planes like the Super Cub are used to help catch the bag guys.

    Steve,

Eaton had a good idea (did I really type that...), I think an 'official' invitation is in order for NH... would be really inspirational to have a "girls table" at the pig roast for our future aviators.

There was a show on TV 2 nights ago showing the Kenyan Wildlife people hunting down and tracking poachers. They used bugged Ivory and rhino horns and then followed the bugs with the SC.

They did say that they liked to fly real high, preferably out of the range of the poachers AK-47's.

Well, one perk of her coming to NH is that it is unlikely that she will be stopped and arrested for walking across the runway after having some of Wilbur's margarita's!

Yep, she is training them for anti-poaching. Most African nations put a dim view on poaching. They make LOTS of money on wildlife. One a recent safari hunt in Zimbabwe I was told by the PH to shoot any poacher I saw. I was a little taken back by his comment but after being there for awhile I understood his point of view.
