    PA-28-140 Cherokee Rigging...

Hey guys, we are trying to rig a cherokee's ailerons in school, we get everything done how the manual says and the yolks are about 30 deg right up aileron. What are we doing wrong here?

    Thanks For the Help

Never rigged a Cherokee but it sounds like you need to put a strait edge (angle iron) across the yokes before you start so they are neutral before you start and cant move then walk the cables till the ailerons are faired. Its very hard to rig a system if its not locked on one end. other wise every time you do an adjustment everything moves and you don't know what you did. If one end of its is held solid then you can see results as you make an adjustment.
