    Snert is right, that is extreme crop dusting.

    I showed the cub video to a friend who's dad used to fly PA18A (locally called Mojaras by the American and German pilots who flew them). He recalls names like David Bomb and two ex Luftwaffe with last names Brieler and Dette. The images appear to be taken in a region near the center of the country called Tolima and the river is the Rio Magdalena. He's got some 8 mm reels taken by his dad with very similar landscapes. My bird is a survivor of those missions.
