Ron Sullivan and PA12 Flap STC

I have a friend who has been rebuilding his PA12 for many years. He bought the STC from Ron Sullivan years ago but his paperwork is STC SA660 for the extended flap and he installed and needs the paperwork for STC SA578 for standard PA18 flaps on the PA12. Anybody have contact info for Ron or the paperwork?

Does the extended flap stc extend it to the fuselage the extra three inches or does it move the ailerons out too. I was curious.

Tim,
STC 660AL shortens the aileron and moves it outboard. uses a modified aileron for flaps and extends to the fuselage. It also has to be used in conjunction with thw extended wing STC 476AL.
