Has anyone used mcfarland's prop guard,a leading edge strip that they say helps with abrasion and small gravel?Or does the rocks just beat it also? Going to try one if it gives any protection on these dirt and gravel strips.

I have also been considering this guard as I'm on sand and gravel all the time. Is there any noticeable difference in the performance of the prop?

t.j. thanks for the info, i had ordered a kit ,and will try it,at worst pull back off.Tumble weeds cut easier than willows,only our rocks and dirt are dryer than yours.

yes to your question,good folks to deal with,fast service,have good quality,their @www.mcfarlane-aviation.com. not mcfarland as i first had .
